Notes on Selecting an ESC

As with all things, it's best not to run ESC's right on their limit especially if there is limited cooling. As a rule of thumb if you your motor is expected to draw 25A then chose an ESC with 25% extra capacity i.e. 31.25A, the next one up is 40A so select a 40A ESC.
