The change in the power plant to brushless motor and lithium power have dramatically changed this model from something that was heavy and grossly underpowered to a lighter, more agile model with enough power to do large loops from level flight. It is now a dream to fly, one of my favourite models. It is old and getting tatty now but I still fly it a lot and won't retire it just yet just because it fly's so nicely. Even though it has been out of production for a few years now I did manage to track another one down via the BMFA classified ads. |
